He brings a wealth of loyalty, relationship and database marketing experience to Social Media Marketing utilizing advanced analytics and sophisticated engagement strategies.

Bob remains a frequent speaker, lecturer and writer on such topics: SocialCRM, Monetizing Social Media and Marketing Investment Optimization. He also has served on various chair and committee roles for the Direct Marketing Association and Business Marketing Association.

Having recently sold Latham SRM, a relationship marketing agency he founded several years ago, Bob has put his passion and energy into Bodera as one of it’s Co-Founders.

He has a rich performance history in all facets of Casino management. He has held such positions as; CEO of the Claridge Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, SVP of Marketing at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. As VP at the Tropicana he designed a frequent players’ club program, a first in the gaming industry.

He’s known for his marketing acumen, organizational skills and analytical abilities. His colleagues all agree on Bob’s unquestioned reputation for personal ethics and integrity.
